Hello! My name is Lisa. I consider myself to be a true Delawarean! I grew up in Delaware, I graduated from the University of Delaware and I still live in Delaware! For that matter so do my siblings and mother! I met my husband Bob (he is originally from New York City!) while we were working as advertising account executives at Delaware's premier radio stations, WDEL and WSTW. After a seven-year stint, I traded my briefcase and high heels to become a stay-at-home mother. We have three sons, Kyle, Christopher and Bryan. I was the stereotypical "soccer mom" for many years, shuttling the boys to soccer, basketball, roller hockey, baseball – you name it, if there was a ball involved I was on my way to the game! When Doris (we met many years ago as homeroom mothers) offered me the opportunity to work for Dr. Ferraro I was ready for a new challenge. I have been here for seven years and I really enjoy the interaction with the patients and of course, seeing them benefit from chiropractic care. The experience has been wonderful. There is always a new patient to meet, a new diagnosis to learn and the chance to work with a terrific group of people. I guess I'm just destined to stay in Delaware! |
